Thank you so much for taking the time to put together the trip for Esther and I.  You helped us with understanding the culture and the history of China as well as the ability of Rotary there to grow and prosper.

Esther and had an outstanding experience while we were there.  The museums, the restaurants, wonderful hotels, the bullet train, the Bund, the Yu Garden, the West Lake and Show, etc., etc.  Your hospitality, generosity and willingness to open your hearts to us are memorable.

Clearly China has been in good hands and continues to be in good hands.  Most of the clubs I visited appear to be strong and vibrant and you are aware and have plans to help the weak.  It was great to hear about Rotaract and Interact and talk to them about their plans.  RCC has begun with a good club but there is room for more.  Many of the Rotarians that I met are clearly dedicated and desirous of doing all the right things to grow Rotary and our programs in an appropriate and controlled manner which is good for the government and for Rotary.

Thank you all for what you are doing to protect Rotary and help to move us in to a positive future.  History will remember that you sowed the seeds that will inevitably result in a strong and vibrant organization.
